Meetings are set up by the buyer to invite you and other suppliers for briefings, discussions or site visits. You may accept a meeting invitation, and the Buyer will take attendance, which serves as an input in their evaluation process.
i. You can filter meetings by five different statuses:
- All Meetings - Includes all meeting statuses
- Scheduled - Indicates upcoming meetings
- Ongoing - Indicates meetings that are in progress
- Canceled - Indicates any meetings that were canceled by the Buyer
- Completed - Indicates meetings that have been completed with an updated attendance list
ii. This is the meeting title that is determined by the buyer.
iii. This is the Meeting date and time.
iv. Denotes whether this is a General Meeting or a Site Visit. (Site visits may require more details and clearance forms).
v. This are the details of the Contact person for the meeting. It could be an admin staff, secretary, project engineer or project manager.
vi. Remarks for the meeting that are determined by the buyer.
vii. Denotes the meeting venue.
viii. This shows the status of the meeting. Upcoming meeting are noted as SCHEDULED, ongoing meetings as ONGOING, canceled meetings as CANCELED and completed meetings are noted as COMPLETED.
ix. Confirm your attendance here by clicking Yes. A pop-up window will ask you no fill in the attendee's name, designation, mobile number and include and remarks
