The evaluation process can begin only once an event with a Closed Enveloped has been closed, and suppliers have submitted the documents for review. Notification emails will be sent to the Envelope Owner and the Evaluation Owner (Lead Evaluator) informing them that the event has been concluded and is ready for Evaluation.
The CLOSED event can be searched under CLOSED Events on the Dashboard of event creator, envelope opener and evaluation owner, as well as all team members included in the event. Consequently, the event can also be searched for in the search box on the top right half of the page.
i. This section denotes the closing date and the time of the event. The concluded event will have the status; CLOSED.
ii. The event summary tab contains all information from the event including the progress and submission responses from the suppliers. You can also print all information in the form of an Event Summary report.
iii. Click to download Event Summary report.

- List of event team members
- Approval route and comments by approvers
