The evaluation process is typically conducted by an evaluation committee in the organization, in which all members need access to the submission an avenue to provide their feedback once they have reviewed it. As an evaluation owner, you can assign evaluation team members, who would be able to comment and submit their evaluation prior to the conclusion of the evaluation process.
To add evaluators, click on the Summary tab of the event > See Envelope Tab
Click the edit icon on the Envelope section which prompts a pop-up window for editing envelope options.
i. Evaluation owner can add evaluation team members, that are selected from a list of active users.
ii. Evaluation team members can be removed by the evaluation owner anytime during the evaluation process. Note: that removing evaluators would not result in removing of their comments and actions during the evaluation process. This will be maintained as part of the evaluation trail.
