Suppliers can be added to an event during the course of an Active event. This is a normal occurrence as more suppliers can be invited by the buyer.
Adding supplier to an Active event can only be done while the event is in draft mode. This means that an Active Event has to be Suspended by the event creator. (See: Suspend, Edit and Resume and ongoing Event)
Once suspended, event creator can add suppliers by entering the supplier detail tab on the dashboard and adding suppliers form the active list of supplier.
Note that the if there are new suppliers, they will first have to be added by your system Administrator. See How to Add Suppliers to your List.
i. Search favorite suppliers from global list of suppliers.
ii. Click to add suppliers to local list.
iii. Select suppliers will appear in the local list of suppliers.
iv. Tick the for whichever supplier you want to remove following by the button to delete supplier from the list.
Once the necessary suppliers have been added, the event creator can proceed to resume the event. (See: Suspend, Edit and Resume and ongoing Event).
