Clicking on " CLICK HERE TO GET STARTED" will lead you to Procurehere login page. Login using your registered Login Email ID and your Registered Password.
Once logged in, you will have to continue the registration process by
i. Filling up General Company Info
iv. Company Profile (optional)
v. Services and Track Record (optional)
Filling up General Company Info
i. Your company name and registration number are filled and non editable.
ii. State the year your company was established. This allows us to verify your company details and provides buyers will your company's estimated level of experience.
iii. You can provide a fax number and add a company phone number.
iv. You can provide your company website address (if any).
v. You can change or choose to maintain your company's communication email.
vi. You can select your company type : Non Profit, Partnership, Private Limited, Public Listed, Sole Proprietor.
vii. Fill up your company's main registered address.
viii. Click Next to proceed
i. Type to search your industry category or tick the check-boxes to indicate industry categories. Industry categories are based on North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). (https://www.naics.com). If your are unsure about your industry code, use the "+" icons on each category to show more industry codes within a particular category.
ii. Chosen categories will appear on the right hand side of the list. You can choose "x" to remove codes that are wrongly inserted.
You can choose from a list of countries and states that your company can provide business support to.
i. Search or select country that you company has experience.
ii. Select the country and the states within the country. You and also click 'x' to remove certain states or countries that are added to your list.
Declaring that you provide accurate and correct information, is need to ensure that all items completed are with just cause and in line with the system's requirements.
i. Read the declaration items and click in the Checkbox to agree with. Proceed to click Next to proceed to next section.
This is an optional section for you to upload any relevant documents about your company's profile or credentials. Buyers that invite you for events, would be able to view these documents as reference.
i. Click to attach documents related to company profile. Documents that are attached will appear in the adjacent box. You will be able to remove documents or include latest versions when needed.
ii. Click to attach other documents related to your company's credentials and field of work. You may include certifications, accomplishments, awards, etc.
iii. You may click Next to continue or Skip to proceed to next section without attaching any documents. You may choose to upload documents at a later date.
Services and Track Records
Publishing a list of services that you have been successfully be apart of gives your company favorable credibility in delivering quality projects.
i. Describe an event of project that your company has been successfully involved in. This will create a repertoire of events that best describes your company's expertise, involvement and commitment.
ii. Add New Record to include details of events that
i. Include the full project name.
ii. Include the client's name of the project. This serves as reference for potential buyers. This serves as a credibility assurance of your company's project delivery and experience.
iii. State the completion year of the project.
iv. State the currency of the project.
v. State the contract value of the project. This disclosure can be an estimate value or exact value.
vi. Include the client's valid email address for reference. Potential buyers may want to gain feedback about your company's past performance and engagement.
Next include the Industry Codes for the projects that you include.
Include the geographical location for the completed project.
All added projects will appear in a list of projects. You may continuously update your profile to add/remove projects.
Click FINISH to conclude the registration process.
You will be then be led to your company's Procurehere Supplier Dashboard.
