This section in the event creation allows you to add suppliers to an event. It is advisable that you read the article on Supplier Registration and Management to understand how the system works on Procurehere before proceeding.
Not all suppliers in Procurehere’s database may be invited to participate in events. You may only invite suppliers within your organization’s own supplier list. Contact your Administrator with the guidance in this link on How to Add Suppliers to your List.
On Procurehere, you invite the company and not individual users, hence the invitation will be directed to the person in charge of the system, known as their Administrator. See the article on Viewing and Accepting an RFx Invitation to learn how suppliers will get the invitation and accept it.
i. Search favorite suppliers from global list of suppliers.
ii. Click to add suppliers to local list.
iii. Select suppliers will appear in the local list of suppliers.
iv. Tick the for whichever supplier you want to remove following by the button to delete supplier from the list.
Suppliers can be added anytime during an Active event by the Event Creator. See article on Adding Supplier to an Ongoing RFx.
At the end of the event, during the evaluation stage, all submissions will be opened. Evaluators will review and comment on them. At this stage, suppliers may be disqualified from the event by the evaluation team.
