Suppliers can easily add users to your Procurehere account for free. Get your team to collaborate when submitting prices for projects.
Two types of User Roles are available for Suppliers
|Allows the user to view all invitations from all buyers and invite other supplier users as team members, to participate in the events.||
Allowed to participate in events as editor or viewer. Has to be added as a team member for the event by the Administrator.
How to create a New Supplier User
Create a new supplier user account by accessing the Users Tab on the left hand side of the dashboard and clicking on the Users link.
This brings you to a list of current users.
At the bottom of the list, there is a 'Create User' button which brings you to a User Account Administration form to create a new user account.
Create a unique email login for each user.
Create a username in reference to the user's first name or last name
Administrators can create a standard initial password for all users.
Note*: New users will have to log in and reset their passwords.
State the individual's job role or designation.
Include the user's office or mobile contact number
Choose Administrator Role or Supplier User Role
Choose to Activate or De-Activate Users as a control measure..
This feature allows Administrator to lock and unlock user accounts.
Users that wrongly enter their passwords would be locked out of the system and they would have to contact the administrator to unlock the account
